    I finally finished version 2.2 and I'm really proud of it because I've put so much work into it and it turned out so well. I will list here the main changes, you can find a complete changelog in the mod description.

    A complete new, overhauled detection system: It works amazingly well, yet it is technically so simple. What the new system is capable of:

    Determining angle ranges for all bodyzones depending on the positions and character heights and widths.
    Reconstructing the positions and angles of all archers, including the player, as well as the heading angle to their target on shot.

    version 2.2 is currently in the making and it will be a really big step forward for Locational Damage. This article serves as a little preview for you guys to know what you can look forward to.

  • Locational Damage 2.0

    Hey, guys.

    It's been a while since I updated this mod. I didn't work on it a long time but I recently started again and finished the next version.
    Version 2.0 is about to come and it's a complete overhaul for this mod. With this overhaul I attempt to give the combat in Skyrim an intense realistic feeling. The mod already got that feeling a litte bit, but it wasn't intense enough in my opinion. So I revamped the values completely to achieve this. A bandit with little to no armor doesn't really stand a chance anymore if you're really good, it's just a matter of 2 or 3 extremely well aimed hits. But you do the same if you also wear light armor.   • Locational Damage v1.0b released!

    Here it finally is. Version 1.0b is released!
    The complete changelog (can also be viewed in the description):



    Optimization: Much more cleaner, accurate and responsive script. It reacts up to 1 second faster compared to 0.71b! Nearly 300 unnecessary lines were removed and many slow functions were exchanged for faster functions.

    Optimization: Much more accurate archery-detection. The script now knows where you shot your arrow and can even calculate the gravity affecting the arrow!

    New feature: Percentaged damage with new multipliers for it in the config-file. If you don't want this feature, set them to 0; if you want e.g. instant-kills with every shot to the head, set the multiplier for the head very high. There ar...

    It's been a while since the last update but it was worth it. The next update will already be the 1.0b release because many features are completely or nearly completely done. The beta status will be removed when all bugs the users can find are fixed, if there are any.
    I will list here the main changes for this update:
