๑۩ According to my concept, in the old days this house belonged to Potema Septim herself and was part of a wing of the palace, which, after the reign of Potema, was completely abandoned, and is now known as the Potema's Catacombs.
Eden Manor has all the necessary items for crafting, a lot of containers for storing items, a lot of atmospheric rooms with beautiful decorations that will appeal to both players looking for a beautiful and practical home and lovers of virtual photography.
๑۩ This is the first version of the mod so far. Over time, I will update it with new decorations, better lighting, etc... If you have any interesting ideas or suggestions, feel free to leave comments with feedback!
The entrance to Eden Manor is at the beginning of Potema's Catacombs (see last shot)
Also, you can get into this house by using the console command: "COC FuneraLLEden" without quotes.
Installing the mod: put the file in the Data folder and activate it in the Launcher.

I. At the request of a friend, an "Interrogation room" was added for role-playing and just atmosphere.
II. Added new objects
III. Improved lighting and shadows
IV. Fixed the navmesh in the dining room as well as the position of several markers for the animation of the companions.
