About this mod

This fixes the "missing Nilheim bandits" bug in the radiant quest "Bounty: Bandit Boss" (BQ01). Backport from SE version.

Permissions and credits
Changelogs
This is a Skyrim LE backport of the mod "Nilheim BQ Fix" by the prolific tarlazo (with permission).

Original mod description:

What it does:  The Nilheim bandits can respawn and, after the Telrav quest, behave like normal brigands. Console-addicted players might as well skip this.

I also took the liberty of renaming the crooks to "Bandit" right from the start; setting up a quest just to rename them later felt like a
waste of game resources [and a possible source of conflicts].  I know they're supposed to be "Guard" to cleverly deceive the clueless player
who approaches the tower without getting the quest from Telrav but... they live in what's obviously a bandit camp, "guarding" a few corpses
most likely thrown from the tower; they're supposed to be Telrav's guards but don't even bother looking for him while he's 50 meters away
and the "wounded" Telrav doesn't bother to give them a holler and ask  for help, he needs your help ... the game's afoot, Watson.
Instead of awkward guards, they'll be bandits taking a break between banditing shifts.

The Unofficial Patch isn't required but it fixes errors in the Telrav quest. Better have that, too.

Requirements, Installation, and Compatibility

* Only the base game is required.
* "Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch" (USLEP or USLeEP) is compatible and recommended.
* "Nilheim - Misc Quest Expansion (LE)" is compatible and recommended.

Install like any other mod, with a mod manager or manually.  Use LOOT to sort load order.

It is recommendable to use Merge Plugins Script for TES5Edit, the Merge Plugins stand-alone app, or the zMerge feature of zEdit to merge these two Nilheim patches along with other minor mods, to save mod slots in your load order.

Users of "Lawbringer", and perhaps other mods that permit the seizing of bandit strongholds, will not need this patch, at least not after seizing Nilheim.  If "Lawbringer" is working right, it should disable Nilheim as a radiant-quest bandit location after you take it.  Such users may still want "Nilheim - Misc Quest Expansion" for their first encounter with the location.

There are no known compatibility issues to patch for.  If one arises, it will probably be with a sweeping "bandit overhaul" mod.  Actually, mods (there are at least two) that turn Nilheim into a player home could also conflict, and should load after this mod at the very least (depending on what they are doing, this may or may not get rid of the bandit respawn after you take over the tower).

Boilerplate

Thanks to tarlazo for the original mod.  I (Darklocq) add no restrictions of any kind to this backport; it simply has the same permissions as the original (quoted above), and any permission requests should go to tarlazo not to me.
