If Skyrim Stardust is actually some form of crystalized magicka, it makes sense that ice could condense around it and form snowflakes with rainbow-colored sparkles trapped inside. Or that stardust might fall along with traditional precipitation. With that in mind, I set some of my Rainbow Ice Shards into various snow textures. The main falling snow is the Whimsical version of Nicer Snowflakes by evercharmer, with two textures from real life snowflakes by Schibatamann, and the rest from ramccoid's SNOW (this is the mix which I personally use in my game - I like my snow pretty even when Frostfall is telling me it's freezing me to death). Just a simple texture replacer that I made for myself and thought I'd share with anyone interested.
There's also an optional file that makes the main falling snowflakes have more stardust in them, as if many particles were frozen together in the clouds before falling into your face.
