I always thought skyrim looked too ‘still’. This mod adds ‘stardust’ to most clear weathers and some foggy. Will probably conflict with weather mods that alter some weathers. Looks really nice at night time because the stardust glows slightly. Ideal for screenshots. Totally vanilla assets and no scripts.

There are two versions currently, one for skyrim vanilla weathers and one for vivid clouds and fogs (because I use that). http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59809/?
Given the number of weather mods, I don't really have the time or inclination to patch them all, sorry. I did this for personal use, so feel free to move on if you do not like. :)
Install instructions: Move the esp to your data folder or use a mod manager and activate the esp.
Uninstall: Simply remove the esp.
Credits: Bethesda and the TES5Edit team allowing me to patch it more easily.
