fixes the issue of the missing handle of the knife, the wero patch on their mod list uses the mod without this patch this is very lite fix that adds the attach points for the knife and to have it work with wero, i much more like this than grim physics.

You still have to use rampage trainer to spawn knife at start of new game but the actual handle is visible which in wero patch for 1899 it wasnt visible.
