Settings Some options are probably hard to understand for new players or just badly named (sry). In that case, after you launched the game with the mod activated for the first time, you can have a look at the reference:
Open %UserProfile%\Documents\My Games\Phoenix Point\Mods\AssortedAdjustments\
Open settings-reference.htm or settings-reference.md, whatever format you like more
Read about the settings that you don't understand, understand them, and change them in Modnix's Config - The file is just a source of information, not a configuration file!
If some values in the reference are marked bold it means that your currently set value is different from the mod's default - Just to help you keep track of yourself.
Looks like I downloaded the mod. But after completing any first mission the game freezes. More precisely, it freezes as soon as the phoenix agent has to finish off the last enemy and complete the mission. Can anyone help?
But no. The mod works, something else was interfering.
"You can enable some minor adjustments to a few tactical abilities (Default: off)"
How? None of the listed stuff is in the config. For instance I want this - "RetrieveTurret" will cost only 1AP (Vanilla: 2AP)" but there is no mention of "turret" in the config.
Aircraft scrapping doesn't work. If you switch to scrap mode, the vehicle tab greys out(and it boots you to the weapon tab). I've doublechecked my settings btw. Well: "EnableScrapAircraft": true,
It works. But I feel like it messes with a few new mechanics. For example, I feel like the difficulty settings for Rookie are more like the ones for the next setting above that. (forgot the name. "normal" maybe?)
And the mechanic for repairing and stocking after a mission doesn't work either. Everything is just replenished. Don't know how to turn that off.
Then again, maybe I just configured it the wrong way. I am not 100% sure on that...
thanks a lot for making/maintaining this all in one mod for that game
would you consider adding the following to your help section ( solution from user Grantor ) for the config file problem if we do not have the .NET - Right click Modnix.exe go into the Properties menu, in the General tab unblock the .exe by selecting the Unblock option at the bottom of the Properties menu.
Hands down, the only mod I've ever felt like I need for the game. Awesome stuff. With the recent opening of a steam workshop, any chance of this mod making its way there?
Hi CamiloTheGreat, Apart from Steam Workshop-Integration beeing sub-par to Modnix i don't like any distribution-platform-dependent features/content of any form. So, no, this mod will probably never be listed there. Best regards, Mad
Modnix doesn't work with Steam Workshop, so I am forced to pick either my Workshop mod list or this one mod, that is the only thing I want from Nexus.
Uploading it to the Workshop isn't a end-all-be-all, the mod could still be listed here. I don't see the problem? Just because you prefer using GOG doesn't mean you have to gimp Steam users. I always vouch for mod companionship across platforms. Just because I use steam doesn't mean I hope GOG users never get the same capabilities lmao
I stated my reasons. Why should i invest my sparse free time in sth. i don't want to support? If it's important to you, check the licence, do it yourself. Don't waste our time writing unreflected comments. Best regards, Mad

[tl;dr:] Download .zip, open Modnix 2.5.5+, click "Add Mod", select .zip, open "Config-Tab", configure, save, run game.

- There should be a "Config"-Tab, open it
- Feel overwhelmed by the wall of text, breathe and set a few configuration options that are self-explanatory
- Sneak peak at https://github.com/Mad-Mods-Phoenix-Point/AssortedAdjustments/blob/main/Source/AssortedAdjustments/Settings.cs
- Click "Save" and launch the game

[whoever thought bbcode is a good idea]
thank you for this great mod! It makes the game enjoyable.
As I played around with it, I noticed that the ammo capacity setting of ground vehicles
"AmmoArmadillo"
"AmmoScarab"
"AmmoAspida"
only affects the standard weapons. Is there a way to add the other weapons' ammo capacities to the settings?

Any way to make game font larger? Found a mod for geoscape but thats all.
