Conflicts with Shezries Towns. There was a patch created for the original Artifacts, which moves the Collector's Guild so it doesn't conflict with Shezries' Pell's Gate city, which occupies the same spot. That patch relies on the original esp name, Artifacts.esp. The name has been changed for this remastered version, which ruins the Shezries patch. I was unable to find a way to make the two mods work together, and had to delete Shezries. Frankly though, Shezries is a now-outdated mod that requires too many patches. Now that I've finally gotten rid of it, I notice a lot of areas have cleared up for the better, especially where Artifacts, UL, HESU, and The Lost Spires touch.
Also, the clothing added by Artifacts Remastered is really outdated and unattractive. It's just stock vanilla-looking stuff. If you use sexy clothing mods with BBB to spice up the females of Tamriel, these ugly clothes look bad when you see them on random NPCs. I had to use the CSE to mark all the clothing leveled lists that this mod touches to "mark as unmodified" so they don't show up in game.
There seems to be a first person issue when casting spells while wearing the Steel Knight Cuirass. I have Artifacts Remastered, EVE for Artifacts Beta (with changed masters), SE-Robert Male v5.2 all-in-1 Addons and finally SE-HGEC Artifacts 24078, in that order. I am using a very light version of Dispensation mod list and I'm a male Imperial if that helps.
Just for clarification. This mod's description says "This can be used as an alternative to using the massive "Armamentaruim Complete," which already includes a fraction of the "Artifacts 1-1"".
It has been a while since I've used Armentarium or Artifacts, but as I recall ... isn't Armentarium the giant mod that has actually has the 400 other weapons and stuff and artifacts was the smaller mod with unique stuff in it.
Is the linked artifacts also one that includes all of armentarium?
If I download the full version of this do I need Armentarium at all?
Used the old version of this for years back in the day. Looking forward to testing this one out now. Let ya know how it goes, large mod list with Francescos Overhaul and it's options.
Any idea if this needs any bashed tags applied to it?
- Seems to play fine with Francescos overhaul. Liking this a lot, thanks for the mod.
I really planned this mod out with massive, laggy mod lists in mind. Lots of work was put into saving FPS. Really glad that my efforts paid off for your particular game. Hell yeah!
Hey man just wanted to say that I love your files and have many of your mods in my setup.
I have never gotten around to playing The Lost Spires, always saw it on the Nexus for years but just never played it. I'm sure it's good. Should I try to download it and see? Not sure what would be incompatible considering the fact that I don't know much about The Lost Spires. Would be totally willing to make any sort of patch for it.
They seem compatible, just that the Collectors Society building is very close in proximity to the Archaeology Guild (it may look a bit awkward with them so close to each other).
I made a rudimentary patch for Artifacts Remastered and The Lost Spires here. It just fixes the landscape conflicts with The Collectors Guild and the Archeology Guild, as well as disabling some trees in the pathway.
