Kovahn is a rather scenic little town located on a remote island on the region of Gold Coast. The mod's intention is to populate the emptiness of Gold Coast while trying to keep the feel of Vanilla Oblivion settlements. I made this mod because I loved the Gold Coast region, but the lack of population made me bored a little too quickly. This is my attempt to fix that.

I made this mod because I loved the Gold Coast region, but the lack of population made me bored a little too quickly. This is my attempt to fix that.

- Fully scheduled NPC
- Day and night guard shift schedule
- A backstory of certain NPCs (in forms of letter)
- Somewhat working shops
- A working inn (you can rent a bed)
- Manually hand-placed interior assets (Fully decorated interiors)
