The East Empire Company Quest Mod

Description:
This mods adds the new joinable faction of The East Empire Company that has headquarters in Anvil, Leyawiin and the Imperial City. Complete tasks for various faction members, discover interesting locations, factions and people, rank up, uncover artifacts and useful loot.

What is The East Empire Company?
For those unaware, the East Empire Company is the Empire's monopolistic trade corporation which operates throughout Tamriel and gains their wealth through the import and export of various goods. Due to the power of the Empire, the East Empire Company has significant influence, and is able to fix prices and impose tariffs to destroy competition and dominate trade.
The East Empire Company played a big role in The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind, as can be seen by their many Ebony and Kwama egg mines throughout the province, as well as the Bloodmoon DLC which allowed you to build up the settlement of Raven Rock and become Factor of the Company.
The East Empire Company was unusually absent from The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, despite mention of Kwama Eggs, Telvanni Bug Musk and other Morrowind exports being popular items in Cyrodiil, there is very little actual evidence of the Company operating in the Imperial Province.
This mod attempts to rectify that issue, and add the faction of The East Empire Company as a joinable faction to Oblivion.

What's this mod about?
I don't want to spoil too much, but basically you will be doing tasks for the various higher ups of the East Empire Company, dealing with threats of piracy, corruption, thefts and also some negotiating as well.
Every quest is held to a strict standard of quality, and you should expect the same amount of quests as a vanilla Oblivion faction like Fighters Guild.
Some quests also have multiple ways of resolving them, and your actions also determine your standing with one of the major factions that you will meet.
I have attempted to integrate this mod into the vanilla game as best I can, and have tried to make every quest as lore-friendly as possible.

The voices
This mod utilises the brilliant tool by Dan Ruta called OBVA Synth - xVASynth, it is an amazing piece of software which allows any aspiring mod maker to quickly and easily generate voice acting using neural generated voice synthesis. I cannot praise this tool enough, and it's likely this mod wouldn't even exist without it. I have tried to get the voices to sound as realistic as possible, but keep in mind that some may not sound perfect.
Every line of dialogue used in this mod has been generated using this tool, as far as I know something like has never really been done on this scale before, so things are bound to go wrong, and if you find any bugs or glaring issues, such as a voice being silent or otherwise not having lipsync, please report them here.

How do you start it?
You can join The East Empire Company by asking at either the Leyawiin or the Anvil Headquarters, of which you can do quests for them and rank up.
Both buildings are located at their cities docks. If you are unable to find those locations, I have posted images of what the buildings look like.

Requirements
Better Cities, for Better Cities version
None for Vanilla version

How to install?
1. Download and install Better Cities if using Better Cities Version
2. This mod takes the player outside of the playable Cyrodiil area, so to avoid issues you should change bBorderRegionsEnabled = 1 to bBorderRegionsEnabled = 0 in the Oblivion.ini, or try Borderless Cyrodiil
3. Download and install this mod using whatever mod manager that you prefer
4. Make sure EEC.esp is activated in your load order
5. Have fun, and report any bugs that you find
