site nv's yup version but with the conflicts patched since ttw does things differently from yup or something. basically this mod makes most items have a much lower value like how it is in tale of two wastelands (with some exceptions where the value is higher than vanilla). feel free to scream at me in the comments if i missed an itm or an itpo or accidentally deleted something important. also i tweaked some inconsistencies while i was doing that. and i also left in some leftover gra integration from ttw
