This is a Reshade preset file that will bring realistic light FX. Made especially for Fallout New Vegas, and weathers mods like Desert Nature Weather or Nevada Skies.
Installation: To use it, put this file in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas, then install Reshade (DirectX 9) and use it as preset (press Home key in game to get the Reshade menu, if correctly installed).
If using Nevada Skies and the Nevada Skies preset, I recommend the following Nevada Skies settings (in-game menu, mods configuration, FX settings) : Sun intensity around 1.8, interior brightness 0, night brightness 0.
Under Reshade (press Home key), check the performance mode checkbox if it is not checked. But when unchecked, you can change the preset settings.
