Ah, the NCR. A Republic eking out an existence in post-apocalyptic America. As Miracle of Sound put it in his song, the Mojave Song, they are resurrecting the old soul of America. Demonstrating many values, including diversity. Under their banner lives many different types of people, from vault dwellers and wastelanders to travelers from Canada to travelers from Mexico, even Ghouls and Super Mutants.
But for a nation with such a diverse population, it really bugs me that the only people you see in the military are Humans. Sure, you see a few Ghouls here and there, but they are posted in rare locations in game, most notably Ranger Station Echo. I seek to change that.
What this mod does is add Ghoul NCR Troopers, Military Police, Engineers, Heavy Troopers, Rangers, and Veteran Rangers in key locations around the Mojave Wasteland such as Hoover Dam, Camp Forlorn Hope, Camp Golf, etc etc. These Ghouls use default vanilla dialogue that all Ghoulish NCR Folks use, but is rarely heard due to the rarity of NCR Ghouls, and they perform similar roles to their human counterparts.
