gives ranger ghost a new appearance and a unique nifbashed outfit

superseded by NVR2R - Miscellaneous NPC Overhaul
new vegas redesigned 2 revised doesn't change ranger ghost's appearance. this mod does. by utilizing nvr2r's "better caucasian female" race. as such, that mod is a hard requirement.
i also gave her a unique ranger outfit with rolled sleeves and boot spurs. inspired by this tumblr post. requires honest hearts. exactly the same stats as a regular ranger outfit. purely visual change. male version included if you want to wear it too.
vanilla plus face overhaul isn't necessarily required for this mod to function. but i do recommend it.
screenshots were taken with desert natural weathers and touched up in post. your lighting setup will affect how ranger ghost looks.
this mod makes hard edits to ranger ghost. all relevant YUP changes have been forwarded, but if you have another mod that affects ranger ghost you will need to patch it yourself.
