If you use Uncut Wasteland - Extra Collection you may or may have not noticed that the three NCR troopers added back in to Primm that the skin colour of their face doesn't match the skin colour of their body. This is a vanilla bug not caused by UW - EC. It is only really noticeable if you look at their hands or remove their armour.
This mod aims to fix this.
This mod wouldn't exist without Follower Guard Fixes by kabyidon as without it I wouldn't have known how to fix this issue but that mod isn't required for this mod to work however I do recommend using it.
This mod only alters one NPC record and it removes the can be all races flag and adds the use model/animation flag. I am not sure about compatibility with other mods yet however I will update this when I check. I have checked compatibility with NVR3R - New Vegas Redesigned 3 Revised, NVCE - New Vegas Character Expansions and Character Expansions Revised and while it does conflict with NVR3R and NVCE you should let this mod overwrite them. CER already includes the fix. If this conflicts with FCO or any other NPC mod then this mod should probably overwrite them.
This mod technically requires uncut extra collection as these NPCs should only appear when using that mod.
