Replaces Easy Pete's voice with a Lanius voice created by xVASynth2.

Through xVASynth2 magic, I ran all of Easy Petes lines through a Legate Lanius voice model.
Hopefully this meme mod brings some more attention to xVASynth2. It's a pretty impressive piece of technology that could be used in a lot of cool and creative ways.
Like stupid meme mods.

Note, I didn't recreate the lipsync files because this is a meme mod, but I put the legate's helmet on Easy Pete so it shouldn't be noticeable.
