As of Version 15, NV only support has been reinstated. As such, I considered it a good time to change the plugin name to match the altered page name, as S6S Ingestibles is much less snappy/simple to type than Sweet Consumables.

When updating from V14.xx or below, replace your existing installation, don't merge.

    Note for ongoing saves:
There is nothing about the actual update contents that precludes usage during an ongoing save - but, to do so, you'll need to rename the .esp to S6S Ingestibles until you finish your playthrough. The same goes for usage with patches which still require the old plugin name. I've messaged each of the authors who have this file listed as a requirement here on the nexus, and those files will have the updated master names once those authors are able to update their files.
Users of the previous V10.xx NV only version should complete their playthroughs with that file before updating.

    Note for NV only users:
Item values are balanced for TTW's sensical economy, rather than NV's nonsensical one. SITE or a similar hard-edit based economy overhaul is expected! This file should be placed lower in your load order than SITE.
Those who do not use such an economy overhaul may find that items are disproportionately low in value in comparison to other item types in the game.
I will not be creating a version that is balanced for the vanilla NV economy. I have no desire to waste my time making my mods' balance match a wildly unbalanced economy.

Hey, I hope you can help; I don't like hardcore, and this mod makes consumables not heal in softcore, so I disabled it. However, loading back in, even though I'm not on hardcore mode, I am dropping hydration very fast and will get worse and worse until I die lol.

Am I stuck with having this mod on unless I start a new game? I'm a couple of hours in already...

I too do not like hardcore (damn locking saving to beds...) I love everything about this mod except the fact it does not mention removal of healing from food anywhere in the mod description. "For non-Hardcore users, there is unfortunately an awkward workaround I had to use to surface the amount of healing provided - food and water items will display as +H20/FOD, but this does not actually occur (or at least it doesn't "stick".) All needs will be instantly cleared as soon as the item is consumed, rendering the "penalty" functionally inert." This line is factually untrue, as foods do not have the +H20/FOD line or any healing whatsoever in softcore.

An earlier post here states "For some reason food and water are not healing over time for me and stimpaks aren't healing limbs at full health. I have the mod at the bottom of my load order and no other mod that overhauls food. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem.

19 January 2022, 4:12PMWhat threshold is your food/water healing set at in your config ini?

      • kode55555
19 January 2022, 4:46PMIt's at the default value of 50, I think the problem is from it conflicting with TTW Configurable Loot Rarity and Food Healing I got it working briefly when I set food healing to off in the mcm. But after a while it stopped working againeven tried uninstalling the loot rarity mod to see if it would work again. But no luck."
Meanwhile the config INI for this mod only has options for bReturnItems, fSurvivalFoodDurationMult, bAlcoholRadRemoval, bEnergyDrinks,
        bStimpakLimbHealing, and bMilsurpBigGuns.

First off sorry for the lack of understanding of how mods work.

I'm playing this mod on my TTW modlist and I'm not playing on hardcore or survival and food doesn't heal me at all. Is there any way to fix this? or do I NEED to play in harcore or survival? I don't have any other mods that effect how food works and when I disable this mod the food works as it should. Any help would be appreciated from a newbie modder. :)

Does this alter Colas? Thinking of using Cola Ch-Ch-Changes.

I'm working on a version of Simple Drug Visuals that's patched with this mod and I had a question: Ant Nectar's addiction seems to have been flipped, with there being no chance for normal nectar (a NULL reference for withdrawal effect and 0% addiction chance versus the normal 5%) and an added addiction chance to Fire Ant Nectar (1% versus no chance in vanilla, an assumed bug). Was this intentional, or an oversight?

Let me know what you want done with the file. I'm fine if you want to include it here, otherwise if I don't hear back for a while I'll probably upload it myself.

Would you consider hiding item recipes based on what's in the player's inventory, similar to Convenient Crafting TTW?

Some Stinger placements do not seem to be affected by the Energy Drink Loot option. Loot list placements are affected, thankfully, just the physical items. I'm not sure if all Stinger placements are broken in this way, so I should shout out an example as the one in Super Duper Mart.

There might be a strange bug with the food sanitizer, for some reason when I don't have it purified water removes 1 rad however when I have the sanitizer purified water it adds 1 rad. Any idea why this might be the case?

I have only TTW and everything from the wasteland survival guide installed, and I have hardcore mode on.

FOLLOW UP: Seems to be only a visual bug, however it is still a little annoying

Not sure why this mod adds in recipes for Desert Salad and Bitter Drink, as both already have recipes in the base experience(though the latter is obtained through a note in Lonesome Road as a reward I believe for a particular outcome, not sure how it's implemented but regardless it is obtainable in some manner).
