Removes the exploding gib effect that is caused by this perk. There is another mod that does this (Bloody Mess Less Bloody), however it adds a new script in place of the gun bobblehead script. I remade this mod using a different method of removing the gibs. Without adding any scripts or anything like that. The other mod is not compatible with TTW.

Removes the exploding gib effect that is caused by this perk. There is another mod that does this (Bloody Mess Less Bloody), however it adds a new script in place of the gun bobblehead script. I remade this mod using a different method of removing the gibs. Without adding any scripts or anything like that. The other mod is not compatible with TTW. Whereas this one is. As it does not edit the same records TTW does. No longer compatible apparently.
Alternatively if you play TTW use this method:
If the perk has already been taken, open the console and type: Player.modAV bloodymess -1
If the perk has not been taken, type: Player.modAV bloodymess -1 press ENTER and then player.addperk 94EBA
Or get this: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66347 you can set bloody mess to only gib the shot limb. Along with many MANY other settings.
