Large imperial castle in Balmora, next to the Temple, free to be used as player`s home. Tailored for chronic collectors and hoarders.

Built by imperials after Morrowind occupation, on top of ancient velothi vault, it`s name was given as an imperial bastardization of the town it overlooks. Now free to be occupied once again, with Nerevarine reemerging in Morrowind, ready to unify the warring and scheming factions.

House consists of multiple spaces intended for holding NPCs, storing items and displaying artifacts, including:
  • Main hall with dining room and tavern
  • Service quarters with kitchen and storage cellar
  • Guest quarters
  • Private quarters with small office
  • Library with separate offices and alchemy lab
  • Armory with forge, storage room and weapon displays
  • Garrison and keep for holding guards and soldiers
  • Terrace drill square with practice targets and dummies

Storage and display space is huge, base Morrowind probably doesn`t have enough unique items to fill it, but that leaves space for TR and other big mods.

The mod tries to be fair, there`s no items to be taken for free from the castle, everything needs to be filled by the player. The only thing given "unfairly" is storage and sleeping space.

The mod requires Tamriel Data 11, as it uses some of the provided assets. If you`re using older version, you need to update your Tamriel Data, preferably to the latest release
