DESCRIPTION
Small character generation tweaks.
* The locked door from the Census and Excise Office is now unlocked. You will not be able to exit through it until you get the package.
* You will be warned about the ring in the barrel but not forced to get it.
* The help message for the bedroll will not be shown after finishing the character generation.
REQUIREMENTS
Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon.
INSTALLATION
Safe to install mid-playthrough.

Compatible with:
* Vanilla Morrowind and OpenMW
* Patch for Purists
* Beautiful Cities of Morrowind
* Any CharGen Revamped (Place CharGen Tweaks after it)
Not compatible with:
* Better Chargen
* Immersive Chargen
