Texafornian's Chargen Revamped - Expanded Lands - Complete with fixed spawns for the 2024 versions of the required mods, along with some small tweaks.

Texafornian's CREL Complete with updated spawns for Tamriel Rebuilt 23.10.1, Province Cyrodil 22.12, Skyrim Home of The Nords 23.11, and Solstheim Tomb of the Snow Prince 2.2.2.
I have personally gone through and tested every single start option and fixed all of the broken ones (I hope). Since some areas of Tamriel Rebuilt have radically changed since 2017 (looking at you, Bal Oyra!) some of the starts have been modified with different flavor text or even spawn locations in different towns when needed.
I also made a few adjustments like replace the Bread you can choose to start with with the better kind of Bread (money) and modified the Arena Fight start to happen in the stands for better compatibility with Roaring Arena - Betting and Bloodletting which I highly recommend.

I will be working on a modular version soon™
P.S. If you choose to start as a member of one of the vampire clans, make sure you select No Companion and Yes (Randomize) or No when asked if you want to start at the faction's establishment. Other than that, everything should work!
P.P.S. If you find a broken spawn and have all of the required mods installed please report it in the Bugs section and I will do my best to fix it.
