Enable the omwscripts plugin
Note: The engine seems to have a memory leak that can increase the memory footprint of this mod's database after some playtime, which introduces lagspikes.
I haven't encountered this in a normal playthrough but it's worth checking after an hour or so and maybe restart the game then
