Description

What is included:

Adds landscape detailing, clutter, and OAAB/Tamriel Data asset integration to the following locations in the Ascadian Isles:

  •     Alof's Farmhouse
  •     Arano Plantation
  •     Balur's Farmhouse
  •     Dirara's Farmhouse
  •     Gro-Bagrat Plantation
  •     Llovyn's Farmhouse
  •     Manat's Farmhouse
  •     Nilera's Farmhouse
  •     Omani Manor
  •     Piernette's Farmhouse
  •     Small Farmhouse
  •     Sterdecan's Farmhouse
  •     Ules Manor (+ Outbuildings)

The interiors and immediate exterior cells around these locations (primarily farm fields, short paths between and leading into farms, manor/plantation yards, docks, and some waterfronts)


What is not included:

The majority of "wilderness" areas in the Ascadian Isles remain unchanged. Full list of edited cells here.
The terrain heightmap remains 99% untouched.
The positions of vanilla exterior objects are almost entirely untouched.
NPCs, quests, items ec. are untouched.
No changes were made to the Dren Plantation or the majority of the Arvel Plantation as similar mods already exist for those locations, including Beautiful Cities of Morrowind, and Concept Art Plantations.

Installation

Installation using the fomod installer via a mod manager recommended.

If installing manually, use only one version of AscadianFarmhouses.esp and if using grass patches, only one Rem_AI.esp replacer.

AscadianFarmhouses_RemGrass.ESP should be used for distant grass generation in addition to the patched Rem_AI.esp, and should not active when running the game.

Compatibility patch available for:



  • Minor Plantations Redone - Compatible version with changes to Gro-Bagrat and Arano plantation interiors removed, and adjustments to exteriors to remove clipping objects with those added by MPR.
  • Beautiful Cities of Morrowind - As above, changes to Ules Manor interior removed and adjustment of a few clipping objects outside Ules Manor

    (These are maintained as a single compatch - BCoM users may choose to use the base version as the conflict is very minor.)

Vality's Ascadian Isles (MMH)
Gates of Ascadia

Not Compatible With:
Ascadia - Land of Pilgrimage - Makes far more significant changes to the region.
Any other major Ascadian Isles overhaul.


(Initial reports suggest these three mods are mostly compatible but with some minor clipping)

Please report any compatibility issues you run into, or requests for patches - I'd be happy to provide patches for many mods.
Most likely not compatible with any mods which make significant alterations or additions to these farms/plantations or their interiors.
