Go on a quest where your luck shapes your outcome. Talk to a shady Khajiit in the South Wall Cornerclub to get started. The quest you go on, as well as what you might experience during and after is based on dice-rolls that take your luck stat into account.
If using BCoM with both Balmora Waterworks and Balmora Gravemarket, you can use either the BCoM+Waterworks or the BCoM+Gravemarket patch, it just changes where one door will exit to.
