Summary
A former priory of Talos overlooking the Sea of Ghosts, now taken over by a struggling Imperial Navy garrison.
A former Prior remains to tend the injured and run the infirmary, selling potions.
One of the garrison has taken it upon himself to set up a bar in the storage area and has a supply of local and foreign drinks.
The quartermaster has a small surplus of TR Imperial Navy gear for sale.
Beds are for whoever can claim them, but the Quarters are off limits to any not of an Imperial rank.
