    I would definitely be interested if you're still interested and able to flesh out this mod again. Suran needs a Fighter's Guild for sure and what you have here is definitely worth developing further.

    I know this has gone a year with no updates, but what the heck it's never to late.

    There's a great start to what could be a great mod here. I have some feedback if you care:
     - Alvasu the Dunmeress quest giver has almost full glass armor on. Pretty unprecedented in the lore. Downstairs is selling a glass war axe. I'm a pretentious lorebeard for sure but it's a strange thing for a Fighter's Guild to be flashy even if they had that money to throw around.
     - Well, maybe you have a good justification here! What's Suran FG doing differently, flexing it's Commona Tong connections openly?
     - Alvasu has some dialogue errors such as telling the player to, "Take whatever you need form the chest. Please do the same."
     - You also cannot put anything in the equipment chest though Alvasu asks you to.
     - Compatibility patch with Suran overhauls would be nice, but of course no obligation there. The walls of the outdoor building are invisible with RandomPal's Pearl of the Ascadian Isles.
     - The lock 100'ed door behind Alvasu looks like it would be a great player home once they advance. I like it a lot.
     - Could be less (or just less crowded) dummies downstairs, and logistically would be dangerous in real life from traffic to/from the stairs.
     - Rest of downstairs layout is great. Needs a clutter pass, but you probably knew that.

    It looks like the current guild hall placement may conflict with the trading stand from Ashlander Traders - Remastered? and possibly with Suran - The Pearl of the Ascadian Isles (also included in Beautiful Cities of Morrowind).

    It should probably be fairly easy to have one or two alternate guild hall placements, the rockface next to the temple (or future north) seems fairly empty in both vanilla and Suran - The Pearl of the Ascadian Isles.

    Placing the guild hall north of the city gate, near the silt strider might also work. You might want to avoid placing it to close to the city gate as there are some travel cart mods (e.g. Guar Taxi Service) that place carts near the gate.
