The lack of disappearance was caused by missing AlphaControllers and VisControllers.
Then I combined some properties for a bit of optimization, removed some superfluous AlphaProperties, and included the fixed particles from Creature VFX Restoration (in case they weren't already there).
I also set the ankles to Hidden since it looks a bit better and more ghostly for there to be just shoes down there, as opposed to partial legs that can be seen through the robe. If you want to restore them, just set the Tri Ankles flag to 0 under Block Details.
I love your Dwemer replacer mod! Is this compatible with Better Dwarven Spectres: Mer and Maidens Edition? I love that MelchiorDahrk's mod added in females--it feels more immersive to me. I like to think the Dwemer race had females and males, just like the other mers.
I believe that the mods are fully compatible because the Melchior Dark mod replaces the standard spirit model. And in the future I plan to make a patch for his mod where the Female version will also be present
