I'm still not sure if I love or hate this mod. It's been quite the tramatic experience using it.

If save and load the game in the same cell, the roots stop causing damage. I wanted to say for a long time, but somehow forget :D

Is it now possible for your local Wise Woman to diagnose you with Post-Tramatic Stress Disorder providing access to her costly placebo treatments?

Post-Tramatic Stress Disorder is a huge problem in the Ashlands, please don't suggest it's just a scam for healers and Wise Women to profit from.

Really cool! Now that stuff like this is possible thanks to mwse you could maybe to a lua version of hot floor and lava, a mod that added damage when walking over hot floor in dwemer ruins and incresed damage when walking on lava.

Ideally, getting close to any lava mesh should cause increasing fire damage from the radiant heat (especially from above), as well as stamina damage to simulate asphyxiation. Once you're actually in the lava, it should very well be a quick death sentence: at least 100 Fire Damage per second (with an equal amount of Disintegrate Armor/Weapon), Stamina immediately drained to 0 to knock you off your feet (lava being quite slippery and hard to stand on), and perhaps some kind of animated splashing, flaming and smoking effect as your character's combusting into ash and vapor.

Ashfall has temperature mechanics, and I consider it one of the essential mods for a Morrowind playthrough.
