Changelogs
Updated to work with ME3Tweaks ini merge update.
You need to have have 'Coalesced Merge' enabled in ME3Tweaks Mod Manager's settings to use this mod.
See 'Changelogs' above for info on the changes made from 1.03 if you have previously used that version and don't want to read the whole desc again.

Some features are now modular and optional for more compatibility and customization.

************************************
//Weapons

************************************
Reworked accuracy so that it's more about aim & handling control, and less about RNG:

- Greatly reduced minimum projectile spreads (excluding shotguns).
- Removed accuracy penalties for when not ADS (aiming down sights).
- Removed movement accuracy penalties.
- Reduced non-Spectre weapon maximum spreads. Spectre weapons are still the best, but this brings the others a little closer.
- "Lancer" assault rifle max spread reduced to something more reasonable. Was much higher than any other rifle.
- Increased the damage of all shotguns by +25% to 33% varying on weapon. Optional on install.
- Raised max grenades cap from 5 to 10. With capacity upgrades it can be raised to 15.

The minimum spread change gives you much more accuracy control when doing something like burst firing an automatic weapon.
First shot of a pistol is perfectly accurate and can be maintained by slowing your rate of fire a bit.

************************************
//Mobility

************************************
- Infinite Sprint in and out of combat.
- Greatly reduced input delay when exiting ADS or sprint.
- Greatly reduced cover delays so you can get in and out of it more quickly.
- New 'Improved Mobility' preset keybind. See 'Custom Keybinds' section for details.

************************************
//Misc
************************************

- All of Saren's Insanity bossfight aggression and behavioral traits are now static and applied to every difficulty, ensuring that he'll always be at his most active. Also added an additional alternate option to increase Saren's combat aggression even further beyond Insanity-tier.
- Infinite boost for the Mako.
- Dead bodies will react to physics.
- Removed mouse-smoothing.

************************************
//Custom
Keybinds
************************************
These can all be re-bound in the menus. Go to keybinds and scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the 'Spectre' section.

//Improved Mobility
!Note: You will have to re-activate this keybind whenever you load a save, and sometimes when entering a new area.

- Reduced sluggishness from directional movement.
- Increased combat & non-combat sprint speed. (more similar to how it is in LE3)
- Increased turning control while sprinting.
- Increased movement speed while ADS.
- Slightly increased crouched speed.

Is un-bound by default, so you will have to bind it.

//Reflex Mode
Slows down time by -60%. It's infinite so it's up to the player to limit (or not limit) their usage of it.
To activate, very briefly press and hold the key you bound it to so its toggle kicks in, tap to return to normal speed.

If you accidentally leave it on and enter a conversation or cutscene just press its keybind again, it always forces normal speed when in conversations, cutscenes or menus.

Is un-bound by default, so you will have to bind it.

//Fast Forward
Press and hold for a brief moment (like Reflex Mode) to toggle 5x game speed, tap to go back to normal speed. Can be useful for speeding through unskippable in-game cutscenes (like Normandy docking/undocking) or speeding through a non-combat section to get somewhere.

Is un-bound by default, so you will have to bind it.

//Cheat/Utility
!Note: These are just the default keybinds, you can re-bind them to whatever you want in the menus.

NumPadPlus = +100000 credits **(only works on foot)
NumPadSubtract = -100000 credits **(only works on foot)
NumPadMultilply = Sets player/squad talent points to 999
NumPadDivide = Sets player/squad talent points to 0.
NumPadDecimal = Opens the squad selection screen so you can change your squad at any time.
Warning: This can cause dialogue to not happen and maybe break things if you abuse it too much. Try to never use it while in the middle of a mission or in someplace like on the Normandy. **This command only works on foot and is blocked from being activated in a vehicle, as it would cause weird issues.

//Difficulty Tweaks
************************************

General:
- Squadmates are little more durable. Hopefully no more of Garrus randomly dying.
- Removed the slight extra damage resistance enemies get when on cover from higher difficulties.
If you only want these 2 changes and none of the versions below, pick the 'Vanilla+' option when installing.

Spectre version:
Spoiler:
Show

- Removed enemy Hardcore/Insanity extra damage resistance. However, they will still have their special bonuses and immunities.
- Enemies do increased damage on Veteran, Hardcore and Insanity.

Hybrid version:
Spoiler:
Show

- Lowered extra enemy damage resistance on Insanity to Hardcore levels
- Increased enemy damage dealt on Insanity. (lower than spectre, but higher than vanilla)
- Increased enemy damage dealt to vanilla-Insanity levels on Hardcore. This can be seen as a type of less-spongey vanilla-Insanity experience.
Like in Spectre version, enemies will still have their special bonuses and immunities.

Relaxed version:
Spoiler:
Show

- Removed extra enemy damage resistance on Hardcore/Insanity (They'll still have their special bonuses and immunities as always).
- Reduced enemy damage dealt to Normal levels on Hardcore and to Veteran levels on Insantity.
- Squadmates are nearly invincible on every difficulty.

************************************
//Compatibility

************************************
With the new ini merging feature and how modular it is, this mod should be compatible with most LE1 mods out there. Features like the weapon overhaul and difficulty rebalance(s) can be disabled in case you want to use another mod that changes those things.

************************************
//Installation

************************************

2. Apply the mod.

No plot data or scripts are edited by this mod, so you can install/uninstall at any time during your playthrough.
