Version 2.0 (9/12/2022): All new-squad selection images and an all-new HUD image to match Kaidan's new look. Additionally, three brand new armors available in the squad selection screen. Compatibility patch for EGM included.

This mod gives Kaidan a new, high definition face mesh, romance body, hair, and several outfit options, selectable in-game through the mod settings menu. Several casual outfit options as well as several formal/casino options (worn during the Citadel DLC) are included. Outfits can be changed at any time during your playthrough very easily and in-game, with just a few clicks inside of the mod settings menu! To select an outfit, navigate to the Kaidan Overhaul settings menu and choose from there. A quick save and reload is required to see the updated outfit. See the video at the end of this post for a preview of how the mod setting menu works.

Compatibility/Requirements
  • As this mod uses the mod settings menu, it absolutely REQUIRES LE3 Community Patch AND the framework. Please be sure that you're using the newest version of the Community Patch, as some users have reported issues with Kaidan Overhaul and older versions of the framework, and versions of the community patch/framework earlier than 1.5 will not work at all.
  • Thanks to the framework, this mod should be compatible with the vast majority of mods
  • Compatibility patch for EGM  included, but please be sure to select the default appearance for Kaidan if you install the squadmate pack.
  • Totally compatible (and recommended to use) with any Kaidan face retextures
  • Any new armors added for Kaidan will be compatible, BUT will use his vanilla hair and face and not the modded hair, unless the author specifically includes my meshes (which they are welcome to do)

  • Please feel free to use any parts of these files in your own mods or in compatibility patches, all I ask is that you credit me and link to this mod in the description.
  • Feel free to port either all or parts of this mod to other games, including the original trilogy
  • Basically, do whatever you want with these files as long as you drop a link to here in your description

  • Wonderful textures for Kaidan's new Alliance armor are from Parseve's Alliance Ajax armor. Parseve has very generously granted permission to include these textures in this mod.
