Streamlines a lot of the UI "notifications" system and other similar elements.

This mod has been an ongoing project and sort of still is, if I see any other similar elements that bother me while playing. It essentially streamlines everything that falls under the "notifications" concept: actual UI notifications, reminders, certain subtitles or even voice lines that I found redundant.

Other UI mods I recommend using in combination with mine:
CHANGES:
- Forward stations - Nomad warnings and refill message removed
- Cover - removed
- Mantle - removed
- Loot pickups - background removed and font changed for a cleaner look
- Scan indicator - removed button display and moved to top-left corner
- Hazard - removed notification
- Tutorial - removed left and center popups
- Level up! - removed first instance of the notification; kept and changed the text for second one
- Viability - removed almost entirely; kept and changed the Nexus level up notification
- Area name - removed the duplicate instance; now only the name of the actual location the player is in will be displayed once
- Discovered - removed the initial instance when discovering a new area; kept a simplified version of the second instance
- Mission area warning - removed
- Ambiental Chatter Subtitles - removed
- SAM - removed "mining interface" reminder; removed all except most extreme hazard reminders
- Quest tracker - reduced the time it takes for it to disappear to 4s with a fade out time of 1s; removed status update text, but kept the icons
- Pause Menu - removed exclamation marks in root menu and for the top row tabs, while keeping it in the various sub-menus [NEW - separate file added]
- [EXTRA] Loading screen - increased the thickness of the loading bar
