Based on Kahmu's Reduced Nomad HUD mod.
Changes the mining interface in the same way, but only removes the Exit / Extract icons and all button prompts.
Use 'version a' when combining with mods that remove the compass, otherwise it will still be displayed while in the Nomad.
Added the 'Compass' layer in the mako_hud object in order to make it compatible with my Dynamic Compass mod. If using both, this mod should have higher priority. For this, use 'version b'.
