Simplifies and swaps around font effects for better readability and a more unified and clean look.

CHANGES:
- Swaps most of the font effects with a single modified one, based on one of the vanilla effects, for a more unified look.
- Adds the new font effect to the Omni-tool scanner which previously had none, making it hard to read sometimes.
- Additionally to the font effect change, changes the color of the text in the map right side panel with the more vibrant cyan used in the loading screen tips.
- Subtitles in / out of conversations now use the higher contrast font effect used on dialogue choices, which remains unchanged.
- [EXTRA] - Hide SKIP button is included since it modifies the same object as one of the font changes.
