  • Spectre Leaves Beta - v1.0 Released

    Happy N7 Day everyone! I'm very happy to announce that Spectre Expansion Mod has finally left beta behind. This is to be considered the first full release of this mod, but not the last. Without further ado, here are the additions and changes for v1.0:

    Ghosts of Antilin
    The Ghosts of Antilin storyline is finally complete, with those who take the Paragon path getting all the post-mission content that I had left out. What happens after you meet the Ghosts of Antilin is determined by your choices in other storylines of Mass Effect 3, so pick wisely!

    NB: I should note that all War Asset artwork is only temporary.

    I noticed today that Spectre Expansion Mod has reached its 10,000th unique user! This is utterly outstanding to me, and I'm thrilled that so many players have downloaded the mod, especially in light of the fact that it is a sub-mod for EGM -and- almost entirely text-based.

    For many years I've harboured the slim hope that one day I would see my writing published somewhere. I have always wanted to write stories that people would invest themselves in, to create tales that give people some hope or joy, perhaps with some difficult decisions along the way.   • Spectre Expansion Mod needs you

    Hey everyone!

    I'm currently drafting up the v1.0 release of Spectre Expansion Mod. For those new to the mod, it involves the expansion of the Spectre Terminal with new mails and authorisations, as well as an expanded galaxy map that adds planets from the canon such as the Yahg homeworld, text adventures set on different planets and many other changes in addition to these. I am rather early in my draft, but so far I have the following changes and additions planned or complete:

    - Planet rewrites for the entire Sol system to account for the Reaper War.
    - Titan added to the Sol system.
    - Fal system added; system was tied to a cut corporation from Mass Effect 1 called the Fal 3 Manufactory.
    - A new Spectre Authorisation
    - Several Shadow Broker dos...

    Bug Fixes

    The last patch of Spectre accidentally introduced bugs into EGM - Expanded Galaxy Mod content. This was no fault of Kinkojiro or EGM, this was entirely my fault, and I apologise. However, these bugs should now be fixed!
