Slowly going mad trying to troubleshoot why this isn't working for me.
ME2Controller, followed by the Controller version of this, just causes ME2 to fail.

About to just give up and Gibbed's edit the resources in. The signals on the other hand...meh, and the bypass minigame is kind of enjoyable....

EDIT LITERALLY 1 MINUTE AFTER POSTING:
Apparently the problem was Coalesced.ini, replacing mine with the one Dybukk linked to on the next page fixed it. Controller support and No Minigames, I am happy.

So I put this mod right into ME3Tweaks Mod Manager and it said it was installed. The thing is, the only part that's working is the bypass for doors and locked items. When I go to scan an Eezo rich planet, it doesn't scan the whole planet like the mod says it would. I read that someone might have a problem if they have the separate cooldown mod, but I'm not sure what the issue could be. Especially, when I'm able to bypass things without doing the mini game.

Thank you for this. After so many playthroughs it is nice to remove one of the more tedious aspects of the game. Works fine for me.

I have the same problem. No idea how to fix it.

Didn't start till after installing this mod. I was dumb and didn't backup the original files either so I'd have to do a full re install, plus re install the ALOT texture mod.

Just found out by going to the bugs section that it's caused by a conflict between this mod and the ALOT texture mod. You MUST install this no minigames mod BEFORE installing ALOT. Then it will work fine.

Never install anything after ALOT. That's the golden rule of ME modding:

      1. ME3 modder installs gameplay mods
      2. ALOT installs textures and don't change anything after

If you screw up, use ME3 modder's backup util. A 15 minute fix to roll back vanilla ME2, install your gameplay mods, and install ALOT.

Thank you for this. As someone else noted in the comments, just installed the SFXGame gets me the improved probe without losing the rest of the minigames (I've always liked those, lol). I greatly appreciate being able to scan one and done because the scanning game is such a drag!

I've applied the biogame folders to my cooked pc folder but the increased scanner range isn't working, any tips anyone?

Do you have the individual power cooldown mod installed? I was having the same problem, so I tried reinstalling this one. While the scanning range worked, the individual cooldown mod was invalidated. I think it has to do with a file that is edited by both mods and an overriding issue. I don't have a solution, just solidarity! lmao

Mod works great! Thanks goes out to Dybuk! Wish I had found this long ago.... Very easy to install.

I didn't install the controller mod, just the mini games and planet probe...

Download, use win7 to extract, open vanilla folder, open biogame folder, open cookedPC folder, copy all files in this folder..

Next, open your mass effect 2 folder: (for Bioware/Origin) C:/, program files (x86), Origins Games, Mass effect 2, biogame, cookedPC...

Now, paste into this folder (you will be prompted to overwrite existing files).

    Viola' you are now done.

I can't seem to find my cookedPC folder. It is not in my program files (x86) with my other mass effect 2 files. What do I do?

Eh CookedPC has ALL game files. If you don't have it, well, your game shouldn't even run.

And, it actually worked for you? It didn't change anything for me when I went to scan. and, it didn't pull all resources. (I've no idea why it didn't work.)

I use a Brazilian Portuguese translation for mass effect 2, it translates everything from English to Portuguese, I believe that it changes the Startup_INT file, now when I go to play a few times I can't interact with any NPC or item, I have to save the game and open it again and hope it works again, do you think that could be it? if so, how can you help me?
