Changes made by the level pack:

Allies: Some marines have been replaced by Spartans
Functioning shields and health that match the player
Red = Specialized majors
Blue = Majors
White = Default armored marine

Enemies: All enemies fire 30% faster, and have 30% less time between bursts
All enemy classes are upgraded
Elites: ~20-30% shield and health boost
Eggshell/Off-white gold = Commander
Gold = Major
White = Minor
Grunts: 20% health boost
Majors can wield plasma rifles
Grunts with plasma weapons deal 50% more damage (100%)
Gold: Major
White: Minor
Flood: Rocket Launchers removed from loadout due to overly aggressive attacks
No health changes due to high population in encounters
