A new game is preferable, but mod can be loaded mid-save, if you do it mid-save, i would recommend not selecting any of S7's Traits
The patch does the following:
Overwrites Fallout London's Perk Tree listing file (LondonWorldSpace.ini) so as to remove most of FOLON's perks, the perks in S7 are mostly identical with some unique additions, a couple of FOLON's perks which were unique are kept with original perk requirements (level restrictions) aswell as when you select the "Black WIndow" / "Lady Killer" / "Cherchez La Femme" /" Confirmed Bachelor" Speech perks from S7 you will also get FOLON's unique perks of the same type, these perks will be hidden from your perk list but will allow you to select the unique dialogue options in FOLON given from those perks.
Character Creation is mostly the same in FOLON start except without the trait menu (this is done by overwriting FOLON's "folon_mq101script.pex"), instead shortly after the balcony scene S7's initialization script will start and you will have the option to configure how many starting tags/traits you want aswell as select an alternate xp system (for this you need "S7...True Skyrim Fix.esp" enabled), the default settings give 4 Tag skills and 3 Traits.
*NEW* Fixed adding modules to the PipBoy, FOLON was messing this up a bit with a script, so to circumvent that i moved the modules from the PipBoy to the Utility Belt, now the modules you add will stay on the item and give the proper perks instead of being reset. Patch for Utility Belt and the mod "Chem Crafting Improved" provided.
Re-added the following FOLON Traits selectable on New Game in S7 Trait Menu: "Chem Head", "Claustrophobic", "Four Eyes", "Gifted", "Heavy Handed", "Kamikaze", "Numbskull", "Puritan" and "Sleepwalker"
(WIP) "MCM Settings Manager" presets can be downloaded under the Optional tab in Files, the presets give more balanced skill gain values, you can either use the "True Skyrim preset" if you want to use that Experience system or you can use the S7 Default Experience System titled "Default XP System preset".
Through RobCo Patcher, two additional scripts are added which add Blunt/Bladed keywords to FOLON's unique weapons aswell as that you will gain Science XP when using energy weapons unique to FOLON.
FOLON's Pip-Boy has been given the Upgrade Perks from S7 allowing you to upgrade your Pip-Boy with unique features.
Additional keyword entries have been added to S7 that will give you Smithing XP when scrapping/modding FOLON's unique armors (please write a comment if you don't get XP from an armor or weapon).
Hides the perks given from S7's Traits showing only the Trait entry so that the perk menu isn't so full.
Added FOLON Explosions/Mines/Grenades/HeavyWeapons to S7 FormID Lists, this should guaruntee you get proper XP for the use of such items.
Only thing missing is the Trainers RobCo patch for FOLON NPC's, i'm not far enough into FOLON to decide which NPC's should be trainers, if you would like to make suggestions here is a list of all NPC's in FOLON along with an excerpt instruction from S7 on how to write the RobCo patch
FOLON NPCs EditorId and FormID's
NOTE: The amount of skill gains from starting zone are not enough to gain 1 perk point with 150 Perk XP setting (in total you might earn about 100 XP from that area), if you wish to open Advance locks, you can use the S7 Debug MCM menu to gift yourself 1 perk point. (Note: this is not necessary with True Skyrim enabled)
Also, many beginner quest Skill Checks do not give Experience, this seems to be intended in FOLON, so don't worry if you don't get Speech XP from a speech check.
WARNING: Due to inventory weight scripting, if you are encumbered be wary of going into trade menu or using items in your inventory shortly after gaining or losing weight, could cause a crash
