This mod doesn't touch precombines, it will simply place items and doors that you can see in the pictures at that specific location. If another mod has assets in the same space, they will just overlap. The interior cell exists on its own.
Whiskey, you're kinda being a jerk here. Mod authors aren't beholden to sus out compatibility between mods they didn't author or don't run in their own load order. This is why the suggestion is download it and test it yourself is great. Perhaps, you can be a part of the crowd source for compatibility, or post up a patch should there be a conflict with your favorite mod(s) should the author approve. Modding is great because of community collaboration, not because a mod authors spoon feeds you all your answers.
But for the sake of others, I've not had any problems with in my brief play session.
I don't think he is being a jerk for asking that. It takes a lot of time to make a mod. It also takes a lot of time to test a mod, and if community adoption is a goal of the mod-author, a basic amount of compatibility info is needed.
In this case, the mod description mentions a door (to an interior), but there is no picture or useful description of where that door is.
I've always wanted an ammunition plant somewhere in the Commonwealth, and this is really great. Makes perfect sense that it's also the turret factory. It's a brilliant location for it. Diamond City should have an ammunition plant (like Goodneighbor should have a drug superlab), and this spot in DC is perfect. I like to imagine the people working here are reallllly sick of that asshole Kellogg coming in and hanging out, trying to talk shop with them.
I load this just above 4estGimp's The Fens Empire setup, which fills out Diamond City, and this fits in very neatly with no conflicts I've noticed (except, sure, the crane placement is a bit awkward with DC Enhanced Security, but whatever, the guards can just squeeze past it).
Love all the world-building detail, and how these people have their own sort of compound up there. I do think it could use a testing area, though - a firing range for employees and customers, and a turret testing pit with some shot-up synths and junk might be fun.
Outstanding work, BaleaMen, look forward to whatever you come up with next!
Ummm you say you load it above the fens empire but some of those are masters and load very high. As this mod is a regular esp, I'm confused on where you have placed it. I'm really looking forward to using this along with the fens empire setup. I'm going to put it above the things that aren't masters and see how it goes.
Going to be putting "coc DiamondCityExt" in console to go check things out right away next time I fire up the game.
Hey ive been loving your mods and are using them all I was wondering if you were going to make something for dugout inn? I've always thought its kind of bland so I'm curious if you'll make anything.
It’s in the plans, but at a very low priority, since there’s already a good mod for the Dugout Inn "Dugout Inn of Decay (Diamond City Interior Overhaul)". Other parts of Diamond City that haven’t already been overhauled by other mods will take priority.
I'm really loving this new addition to Diamond City. I've got all 6 of your mods and really enjoy what they add to the game. Thanks for creating and sharing this!
I tried to flag it as ESL, but the game would crash constantly. I’ve been told there’s a limit to how many new records a mod can have to qualify as ESL, and that limit likely prevented me from flagging it.
Would you consider adding something similar for Automatron robot parts? Always seemed odd we could never buy essentially 'prepackaged' robots and/or robot parts in a similar way.

Can I ask how compatibility is between these mods:

* SS2
* FSD
