If you are aware of any armor/outfit mods that you think will go well with AOEP - Diamond City Security, feel free to make a request for their inclusion. Before making a request, however, please consider the main mod's base aesthetic. Requested armor/outfits must fit in with that aesthetic, so don't expect me to include any modern tactical armor/outfits.
Likewise, feel free to suggest other groups/faction you'd like me to cover with the AOEP series. Please limit suggestions to the parameters noted in the description's first paragraph.
DC Security didn't evolve from prewar police, so there's no logical reason for them to have access to police uniforms. I didn't include the DC Security version of Boston Riot Armor for the same reason, even though I really like that armor. Regardless, as noted in the sticky post above, outfit suggestions have to match the vanilla aesthetic, which is a baseball theme.
I wanted to install AOEP-DCSecurityExpanded-AiO, but author Valerian17 requires the Hi-Res Texture Pack for DC Officer. It's a shame, but I'll have to pass.
Yeah, retaining the vanilla aesthetic was a must, which is why the DC Security version of Boston Riot Armor didn't make the cut. As much as I like that armor, there is no logical reason for how or why DC security would have access to it.
In any case, if you're aware of any other suitable armor/outfits, feel free to let me know. Same goes for AOEP - Caravan Guards.
The Gunners is one of the major groups/factions to which I alluded in the description as having multiple outfit overhauls, so I'm unlikely to do anything with them. Best case scenario is an "AOEP - Gunners" installment combining various Gunner armor/outfit packs that share the vanilla Gunner aesthetic. But even then, it won't happen any time soon, as AOEP's primary focus is on groups/factions that haven't received much (if any) attention.
Atom Cats: There isn't anything I can do with the Atom Cats since they're all unique NPCs and there's only one Atom Cat outfit. At one point, though, my Atom Cat Settlers mod was going to be collaboration that would include some custom outfits (both for the named Atom Cats, as well as the generic settlers), but that fell through. I ended up creating an immersion pack for it that makes use of the Atom Cat outfits from Casual Outfit Collection.
The Forged: There might be some wiggle room with the Forged, but Forged Standalone Raider Overhaul Armor is pretty solid on its own. Even if I ignore that mod, though, I don't know of any vanilla armor/outfits that fit the Forged aesthetic that aren't already part of the Forged leveled lists.
Neighborhood Watch: I have an "AOEP - Triggermen and the Neighborhood Watch" mod in the works, but no ETA for it. The base mod mimics the custom armor/outfit list I made for Diverse Triggermen, while the AOEP expansion is likely to include elements of Retro Fashion Overhaul, Triggermen Fashion Crimes, TheKite's Handmaiden, and possibly the non-tactical parts of HEIST Pack.
Children of Atom:Atom's Glory Threads covers the CoA quite well, although I am tempted to make an AOEP that not only uses AGT, but sprinkles in CROSS_Chosen_Of_Atom armor as well. There are two or three other CoA armor/outfits that would work, too, but they're gender specific, so I can't use them without reworking all of the CoA leveled lists to account for it.
Covenant: I did receive a request to expand the Covenant security under armor list, to which I have agreed. In fact, that'll be the next release in the series since it won't take much time. If you're referring to the named NPCs, that's actually on my "potential AOEP candidates" list.
Pillars of the Community: This group is on my "potential AOEP candidate" list. The only thing keeping them off the guaranteed list is that their default outfit lists are used by other groups, too. So, if I customize that list, it'll affect those other groups, and if I create custom leveled lists for them, I'd have to make a bunch of patches for other mods, and I'm not sure I want to do that. We'll see.
Rust Devils: The Rust Devils don't really have any room for expansion since, as far as I know, there aren't any mods that introduce more Rust Devil armor types that fit the vanilla aesthetic. There might be room to expand the under armor list (I'd have to check), but honestly, I'd like to completely replace their under armor with something unique. Some sort of jump suit similar to a vault suit, but there's nothing suitable in the vanilla game, and I'm not aware of any mod outfits that'll work for what I have in mind.
Harbormen: These folks are definitely in my plans, particularly the unnamed, generic harbormen. At the very least, they should draw from a leveled list that uses all of the new Far Harbor fisherman outfits. I haven't yet looked for suitable armor/outfits from mods, though.
Checked the Rust Devils and, as expected, they use the same under armor list as regular raiders, so nothing to expand there. No luck with a replacement under armor as described above, but I haven't given up the search just yet, so time will tell.
Well, it looks like "AOEP - Harbormen" is a no go for the time being. The harbormen are hardwired to their default outfits in some way, so even if I redirect them to use the AOEP leveled list, the default outfit still spawns within their inventories. This isn't an issue on the surface, as they still use new outfits from the AOEP list, but if the AOEP list spawns the same outfit as their vanilla default outfit, the harbormen spawn naked, as they end up with two of the same outfit and they can't equip outfits from a stack. So, until I can figure out how to stop the default outfit from being placed in their inventory, "AOEP - Harbormen" is on hold. The only other alternative is to give each Harborman a dedicated leveled list that excludes their default outfit, but I'm not particularly interested in going that route.

As an aside, the entire requirements list for DC Officer is an error. None of those files are actually required.

I'd love to see the gunners wearing more but honestly I see them so little and it would necessitate more clothing lol.

Totally agree re harbourman and the rustdevils. I was thinking under armour only for those.
Shame but thank you for trying <3
