This is a no mods blueprint using only main game and DLC items. This is part of a Scrappy Builds series, built to look a little less new and more makeshift based on limited resources. There are beds, food, and water for 18 settlers and all shops of various tiers.
This uses Slot #22 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or just wish to assign it to a different slot.
Prior to import, scrap everything that is scrappable in a vanilla game (not much to scrap here).
