CBBE - TWB - 3BBB & You:
If you only use CBBE, you can leave the TWB sliders at zero when building the armour, and that will maintain a consistent look with your other CBBE outfits in-game.
Please be aware that when you're building the outfit pieces in BodySlide, you make sure to only build the normal CBBE versions. You should only use the 3BBB versions if you have the core 3BBB mod and all its requirements properly installed.

On a similar note however, where did you get bodyslide files for men? not the preset, just the files to edit via bodyslide.
I achieve his "buff" look using SAM (Screen Archer Menu). I use the "pose adjustment" menu to slightly increase the size of the various "bones" of the arms, legs, and a few other misc. ones. Once you have it to your liking, you can save it as a "skeleton adjustment" and use across multiple characters.
But there are no leveled lists for the mod at this time, so you will not see NPCs randomly using it out in the game world.
A long-term goal I have is to learn how to properly add the gear to certain level lists, but it's something more of an idea on the back burner kind of thing.

But you should check out Dante's Institute themed mod, it may be what you're after:

As mentioned in other comments before, It's my personal preset for my character that I don't share, sorry.
I would recommend you check out Azar's Hairstyles and Misc. Hair Styles (from Google), as both feature shorter cuts that look quite nice.
You can also use one of the underhelms from my main VTAC mod, or the vanilla BoS underhelm while using the helmet, as they will hide the hair. 👍
I tried KS, Apachii, Kim, Azar's and Misc, but all the other hairs clip in the back of the head. Sad, since there were many styles that fit really well.
Edit: found 2 more that don't clip. Need Black Desert Online hair. Names are BDO Asoka and BDO Madoka. There are a few more that don't clip too much, I only chose the ones that fit perfectly cleanly.
Here are the three previews/comparisons, hopefully it helps someone else looking for the same thing as I was.
Alternatively, the original mod by Vtaw has a helmet with hair. Though it doesn’t have any of the utilities added by this mod, unfortunately.
