This is a vanilla blueprint for Hangman's Alley using only main game and DLC items. There are 14 food, 15 water, and 15 beds; defense stands for one guard, a bar, clinic, weapon, armor, and general vendors (Tier 2), as well as a salon. In order for settlers to access the back area where the beds and general goods vendor are, you will need either the Hangman's Alley Patch or the Unofficial Patch. Or if you don't care, they will wander around the front area instead of sleeping. Also, there is only one way in, as the back entrance has been sealed.
Scrap everything that is scrappable in a vanilla game, which leaves the shack and some fire barrels. This uses Slot #17 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a mod in that slot or just wish to put it elsewhere.
Much of this build would not have been possible were it not for some awesome ideas provided by creators on YouTube. Credits and shout-out to the following: Patrick Edwards - multi-story building setup Shawzzo - Covering up the shack and workbench area Lois Clayton - Entry area/guard station
