You will need to do some cleaning of sanctuary before you can use this blueprint properly!
Follow these steps precisely.
1. Download and install Scrap Zapper
2. Install and build the Scrap Zapper and proceed to use it to delete pretty much everything it can. This mod will stop functioning once you install Scrap Everything, so make sure to use this prior to installing Scrap Everything.
3. Install Scrap Everything
4. Remove the two roofs that this settlement is build upon. The roofs you need to delete is the one your character lived in before the war, as well as the building that has the Workshop.
5. Once done, you may import the blueprint, but you will need to delete a lot of random stuff all over sanctuary if you want to to be as clean as in my screenshots... But take it in your own pace.

IMPORTANT!
This is a vanilla mod and wont require any mods besides , it was however made using Move Anything and increased build limit, so if you wish to add more stuff, you'll need to use a mod to increase your build item limit. I used this one: Build Limit Enhanced
