it's works fine except i didn't use scrap everything and the other 1
i use This is Trash mod like zelldralsoni said but did not use the trashcan to scrap all in sanctuary and only clean the front of the two house for blueprint
use disable for roof and other item in house that can't scrap
the only problem i have is when they fixing the side of the wall where the crop blueprint is, they're inside the wall and when stop they spawn on roof... is there a way to delete/disable that action there?

EDIT:nvm i found Remove Annoying Idles and More - Taking Requests

I am puzzled by this, would this be something that works with sim settlements 2? It seems awesome.

I wouldn't recommend using this mod it will break precombined meshes and occlusion (previs) which in long run will destroy your game. Scrap everything is known to do this.

      I don't use Sim Settlements 2 so i can't answer that, sorry!
I can't find anyting about Scrap Everything breaking the game, could you link me to the source? I'd happily replace it with a similar mod if that's the case.

If you really don't want to use Scrap Everything, you can select the roof in the console and type Disable in the console chat.

To answer the op, Sim Settlements 2 should work fine with this.
The larger concern is something like PRP being compatible if you use it.

      This is Trash
is a workable alternative that will basically do both of what Scrap Zapper and Scrap Everything do:
      1. This is Trash will place a trash can by the workshop of all settlements, which will take care of most 'trash' in settlements and store the components in your workshop. Works great for Sanctuary at least.
2a. Then after using the trash can, you can press INSERT to gain more scrapping options, and then press it again when you don't need to over-scrap unnecessarily and break more precombines/previs.
2b. Alternatively, you can use the disable option like the mod author stated above.

*As long as you don't use the INSERT method on too many objects, it shouldn't be a big deal.
