About this mod
I made it where scraping two items will make 98% of Taffington become clean instantly. There are two versions one with and one without a locker full of building materials by the Workshop.

This is a mod to clear out Taffington Boathouse quickly and effectively while making the area more stable for your fps. This will get rid of all debris, trees, shrubs, broken lights, cars, leaves, dead brahmin, and around 75% of the furniture. I also added stairs and a third level to the house for more building space. There is a locker right by the material bin that has 5000 of all materials. Except for steel and wood. Those have 15000.
