If you want a purified water manufacturing plant plus a good looking stronghold. Then look no further. This will take care of all your settlers needs. And set you up for a large number of water for you to sell. Best part is, It's a vanilla build. So no extra pesky mods to download!

Taffington Boathouse
Taffington Boathouse is one settlement that is ideal for water. But have you manufactured water before? If you have you know it's a time enduring endeavor. And you most likely haven't been able to really get the purifiers in the right configuration to get over 250 - 300 waters. Now you don't have to think about it anymore. This is a small build, but it's guaranteed to give you that huge boost for purified water. This settlement has several features to offer.
This has everything a Lone Wanderer could need and want. This is a small build, but it will quickly become one of your favorites.
There is more room to build. The walls don't encompass the whole building area. Also in the dock house. So you can still add to my design. Or switch things up a bit for your own style.
The only mod you will need is the Transfer Settlements mod. I have a link on the file download section. If for some reason the file doesn't place the file in the correct place. Then the mod won't read the file. If this happens go to your Fallout4 folder. then follow this: Data/F4SE/PLUGINS/TRANSFERSETTLEMENTS/BLUEPRINTS... Place the #3 folder in the blueprints folder.
