This is a modded blueprint for Somerville Place, built to create a cozy village atmosphere, with beds for 14 settlers and all shops. Item count kept within a reasonable range and built to not feel cramped. Except for some roofing added, the main house hasn't been touched.
Optional Mods (although looks better with them): Library - Overdue Books are Useful - The bookshelves provide bonuses and there will be a couple empty spots without it. Advanced Settlement Turret Set - Place your own turrets if you don't want this. Wasteland Gardening - Adds a variety of nice plant decor, but if you want things plain, this isn't needed. Simply Wholesome Mod - Rocking Chair - There's just two chairs in front of the main home. What's great about these chairs is that both the two kids and settlers can use these chairs. So, it gives the kids something to do besides pick corn all night.
This uses Slot #12 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or wish to assign it to a different slot. Prior to import the only thing to remove is the car next to the fire pit and optionally the brahmin trough if you don't want that there. After import and permitting some time for things to settle, there may be some trees to remove depending on your environmental mod. Leave the crops and everything else.
For a stable settlement, please read this article.
