A cluttered and cozy decoration of Home Plate, fit for a scavver or baseball enthusiast!

Inspired by thematic and decorated player homes from Skyrim, I built Home Plate to resemble a true scavver's home in Diamond City, complete with scavenged decorations, baseball-themed décor, and cozy post-nuclear furniture. Each room (including a living room, kitchen, bedroom, loft, small armory, and workshop), is fully furnished and cluttered, giving it a lived-in feel, while leaving enough empty room in some places to make the space your own as well!
This blueprint requires several decoration and workshop mods, and while it includes many Vanilla assets, many items come from mods. Furthermore, the build may not be for everyone, as it leans into the Fallout post-apocalyptic rustpunk aesthetic.
If you happen to enjoy settlement building as much as I do and have a similarly gargantuan list of settlement and decoration mods, this blueprint might be for you! If you don't have such a large mod list, I'd still highly recommend all of the required mods used in this build. Note that two required mods, "Do It Yourshelf" and "CREAtive Clutter" are not found on NexusMods, and are instead available to download in-game through the mods tab. I used this mod to allow me to add larger construction items, like the walls and door separating the two sections of the house, as well as the ability to fill in the gaps in the floor with planks.
Also note that this blueprint will take up slot #25. Please comment any issues if there are any!
