Transfer Settlement Blueprint for The Slog with one hard mod requirement and three optional requirements.

Lightly modded blueprint for The Slog, turning it into a trading hub and somewhat of a resort destination. Includes all Tier 3 shops and 18 beds. Item count is kept within a reasonable range, so there is still room for more, if you prefer things more crowded.
Required Mod: CvC Dead Wasteland. This mod is heavily used throughout the settlement.
Optional Mods:
Library - Overdue Books are Useful - This mod adds various bookshelves that provide happiness and other bonuses. There will be just a few empty spots without it. If you prefer your settlers remain uneducated and less happy, you can forego this mod.
Advanced Settlement Turret Set - This mod adds turrets that go boom and create a spectacle joyous to behold. If you prefer the mundane and want to add your own vanilla or other turrets, you can forego this mod.
Wasteland Gardening - This mod adds plants in various containers throughout. If you have a disdain for nature and prefer bleakness, you can forego this mod.
This uses Slot #11 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or just wish to assign it to a different slot. Prior to import, scrap everything but the crops and unscrappable beds and bathroom dividers/showers. You can use Scrap Zapper 2 to accomplish this.
