NW Insulated Armors Overview
Insulated armors have Nuclear Winter effects when using custom player armor (Winterized Gunner Outfit Pack and more!).
Description
Adds insulated armors to Nuclear Winter form lists for heat insulation. Full sets of player armor should provide 50-80 total insulation (10-15 per piece). Full sets of power armor should provide 100 total insulation (15 per piece and 10 from frame). Armored outfits of player clothing should provide insulation comparable with full sets of player armor.
Note the nuclear winter systems are NOT balanced around custom armor layering solutions that allow you to equip clothing, armor, and outfits at the same time. These types of solutions can unintentionally help you quickly overcap the max limit of 100 total insulation. If you still want to preserve the intended challenge, then try using the terminal menus or mcm options in game to raise the difficulty of the nuclear winter systems.
